Business Book Club: “Atomic Habits” by James Clear

The Business Book Club is back with a new meeting, which will take place on November 27. This time, together with Egor Ryasov, participants will discuss the international bestseller – James Clear’s book Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones. The book has been recognized as a bestseller by The New York Times and USA Today, and was named the Best Self-Help Book of 2018 by Business Insider.

The book focuses on how small, seemingly insignificant changes can lead to profound and lasting transformations. James Clear explains that habits are formed not by willpower, but by the system we use daily. Drawing on scientific research, practical examples, personal experience, and stories of successful people, he shows how to make good habits inevitable and bad habits nearly impossible.

Even minimal, consistent actions can lead to a compounding effect, where quantity gradually turns into quality. This idea is at the heart of the concept of “atomic habits” – small steps capable of completely changing your life.

Anyone can join the discussion, even if they haven’t read the book yet. The meeting will take place on November 27 at 20:00 Minsk time.
