Join us for a special holiday session of the English Conversation Club, Holiday Magic in Maryland: Traditions, Lights, and Local Stories, with Professor Angela Dadak, a longtime friend and speaker at the American Center.
Angela is a native of Maryland and a familiar voice in our community. During the session, we will explore the atmosphere of winter holidays—from festive lights and street entertainment to the unique ways Maryland residents celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. Angela’s stories will create a cozy holiday mood and provide an opportunity to practice English.
