Healthcare systems are rapidly changing: digital services, new rules for accessing care, and evolving expectations for both patients and doctors. But how can you avoid getting lost in this complex system – especially if you live, travel, or work between countries?
On February 26, we invite you to a practical online webinar with Andrej Vitushka, a Community Connections program alumnus. Together, we will explore how healthcare systems function in Belarus and Poland and how to use them effectively in everyday life and in critical situations.
Andrej Vitushka is an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. A Community Connections 2008 alumnus, he completed professional training in Austria, Germany, and Ireland and currently works at one of Warsaw’s hospitals. For more than 10 years, he has been a digital health consultant for leading technology companies, including Flo Health. He is also a health educator – from publications with 300,000+ views to co-hosting the national morning TV health show “Dobraranak” (“Good Morning”).
During the webinar, we will:
▸ compare the healthcare systems of Belarus and Poland – their structure, logic, and cultural differences;
▸ discuss when and where to seek medical care in routine and emergency situations;
▸ share practical tips for effective communication with healthcare professionals;
▸ review check-ups and screenings: what is free in Poland and what truly makes sense in both countries;
▸ take a realistic look at digital health – how digital tools can both help and harm our health.

Language: Belarusian
Date & Time: February 26, 2026, 19:00 (Minsk time)
