Feeling nervous before a presentation is normal. But you can learn to manage that nervousness so it helps rather than hinders you. On September 30, we invite you to a practical online training session that will help you master public speaking methods without stress or anxiety.
During the training we will:
▸ explore why even experienced speakers get nervous and how this relates to hormone activity;
▸ practice effective stress-management techniques and try them out in real time;
▸ work on short presentations in front of an audience;
▸ finish with a Q&A session, where you’ll receive feedback and a motivational “thought of the day” for your own practice.
The training will be led by Alexey Burnosenko – corporate consultant and business coach, coaching specialist (NL, 2015), trainer of TEDx Minsk and TEDx Warsaw speakers, and member of the International Trainers Guild.
