Led by Rachel Koch – an educator and an optimist.
She has been working in higher education for the last thirteen years. From 2010 to 2018, she taught writing and ran a first-year writing program at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.Then, from 2018 to 2019, she completed a yearlong fellowship in Moscow, Russia at the Higher School of Economics (HSE).
Rachel earned a BA in English and an MA in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) with an emphasis in Applied Linguistics.
Although she has many areas of interest, her three current professional priorities are as follows: promoting community and inclusivity, re-imagining career development, and integrating wellness practices into education.
